US Border Patrol Understaffed

Scouts on post spot a solo illegal alien heading north from their position.  The behavior was very strange and the IA suddenly ran back south.  A BP agent on an ATV was in the wash ahead of his position and obviously spooked him.  After contacting BP dispatch, we learned that BP was working a group of 12 south of this position and concluded this was the Coyote and there were three more further east.  BP responded.  But they are understaffed.  By the time they arrived, these four had vanished.
